Big Heros 6 Movie Review
I must said Big Heros 6 movie was good! It is a type of action, adventure, sci-fi, comedy, animation and family movie. The director for this movie is Chris Williams and it starring by Alan Tudyk, Damon Wayans Jr, Genesis Rodriguez, James Cromwell, Jamie Chung, Maya Rudoplph, Ryan Potter, Scott Adsit and T.J. Miller.
Summary of this movie:
Big Hero 6 is an action-packed comedy-adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion - a robot named Baymax - and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery.
Directors Don Hall and Chris Williams did a particularly excellent job of making this film unique. They were given a very stereotypical storyline and they created a world and characters that succeeded in standing apart. Along with having the classic superhero versus supervillain plot, "Big Hero 6" also features the current favorite 'unlikely friendship' story. Back in 2010, Dreamworks and Dean Deblois came out with "How to Train Your Dragon," my personal favorite animated film and the 'unlikely friendship' idea created and perfected in an animated film. Hiro and Baymax provided extreme similarities to Hiccup and Toothless from "Dragon," even to the point of having a relationship-bonding flight sequence. "Big Hero 6" could have very easily been called a copy of "How to Train Your Dragon" had it been done wrong. Thankfully, this film was executed very well, and we have a result that sets itself apart from the formula animated film that is made so often.
Lastly, I loved this movie!!! The plot was fun, suspenseful and hilarious at the same time!!! The animation is amazing, the futuristic theme blows me away, but the plot twists are a little annoying. WATCH THIS MOVIE NOW!

Ouija Movie Review
Last week, my friends and I went to MBO, Viva Home to watch a night movie. We choose Ouija because we love horror movie :)
The summary for this movie is a group of friends must confront their most terrifying fears when they awaken the dark powers of an ancient spirit board. The director of this movie is Stiles White and the starring was Ana Coto, Bianca A. Santos, Daren Kagasoff, Douglas Smith and Olivia Cooke. Besides, It was a type of action. adventure, thriller and horror movie.
The film opens with a young Laine Morris and Debbie Galardi playing with a Ouija board in Laine's room, only to be interrupted by Laine's sister Sarah. The scene then forwards to present day, where Debbie (Shelley Hennig) is playing with the board by herself and is so unnerved by what she experiences that she tries to burn the board and planchette before calling Laine (Olivia Cooke). Concerned, Laine comes over but is sent away by Debbie, who goes upstairs only to find the board on her bed. Her eyes turn white and she hangs herself. The following day, Laine is with her boyfriend Trevor (Daren Kagasoff) at a diner, where they meet up with their friend Isabelle (Bianca A. Santos). Laine receives a text and goes home, learning of Debbie's death. After the funeral, Laine finds Debbie's Ouija board and decides to gather Sarah, Trevor, Isabelle, and Debbie's boyfriend Pete (Douglas Smith) to hold a seance. They make contact with someone who is identified as D, who Laine immediately believes is Debbie. Despite this, the group is too frightened to continue playing. A couple nights later, they're drawn back to the board after each person finds the message "hi friend" in various locations. Upon further interaction with the board, the group discovers that the spirit is not Debbie. Laine looks through the planchette and sees a young girl with her mouth stitched closed, who then warns the group to run from her mother. The group heads home, only for a malicious spirit to follow Isabelle and murder her. Trevor and Laine research Debbie's house and find that a young girl was placed in a mental institution after killing her mother, who she claims killed her sister, Doris. The two travel to the institution and meet Paulina Zander, who states that their mother killed Doris and sewed her mouth shut because she believed that spirits were trying to communicate through her. Trevor and Laine head home and unleash the spirits of Doris and Mrs. Zander. Doris overcomes her mother and the group believes that everything has been resolved. Unfortunately, this is not true as Pete is later killed by Doris. Laine confronts Paulina about this, only to realize that Doris and Paulina were the evil ones and that Mrs. Zander was trying to stop them. Laine's grandmother tells them that the only way to stop the ghost is to burn Doris's body and the Ouija board. Trevor is also killed before Sarah manages to locate the corpse. Both Sarah and Laine are attacked by Doris and it is only through the intervention of Debbie's spirit that the girls survive and manage to burn Doris's corpse and the Ouija board, destroying Doris. The two sisters return home, only for Laine to find the planchette waiting for her in her room.
My friend & I really liked this movie. We had seen Annabelle recently & were very disappointed. Not the case with this movie. The beginning did drag a little bit, but not to where you start to get ready to leave. I felt the acting was good. The movie did have an ending, however, it ended in such a way where it would be easy to make a Ouija 2. Isn't that the case with most movies these days? I don't mind that at all, especially if I really liked the movie. We were so spooked that hours later when we were at a casino, a slot machine was making very strange noises as we walked by it. We thought maybe it was one of those that plays music to get you to play it, but it wasn't. We just looked at each other & rushed out!! I like a good movie that leaves me spooked!

The Chinese vampire versus Western vampire
Vampire is one of the hottest topics in Hollywood and Hong Kong horror movies, even comic books or TV program. They are fearsome but very entertaining characters, thanks to their overwhelming images. The encyclopedic Vampire book in 1994 provides a precise definition: " a vampire is 'a reanimated corpse that rises from the grave to suck the blood of living people and thus retain a returned to life' or ' a peculiar kind of revenant, a dead person who returned to life and continued a form of existence through drinking the blood of the living'.
The differences started from the way they turn to be vampire. As we know from western novels, vampire is originally a person who died because of certain viruses. The viruses, which some people called as VS, cause DNA mutation. The infected human mostly stop breathing, will be paralyzed, pale, and completely seen lifeless. But the next day, usually the day after funeral, they will be alive again as a different creature with a new strength, known as undead. On the other hand, to be a vampire, Chinese corpses do not need to be infected by any kind of viruses whatsoever. Chinese vampire, which is known as Jiang Shi, is caused by an evil spirit. In this case, not all corpses are able to be possessed by an evil spirit; there are two kinds of corpses with certain causes. The first kind is corpse that died in a bad way, such as accident or suicide. The other kind, which is quite absurd, is corpse whose coffin or burial ground is jumped over by an animal. Besides, Chinese corpse mostly needs hundred years to turn to be vampire. That told us why Chinese vampire is rotten while western vampire look fresh.
Another distinction of Jiang Shi and western vampire is in the appearance, which can be seen in a glance. We can easily distinguish between Chinese vampire and the western one, but we’ will get difficulties distinguishing western vampire from human being. Western undead dress up like us, they wear denim, jersey, and other types of clothes except pajamas, because they do not need to sleep. Even some of them are more fashionable than us. They are adroit in mixing and matching outfits, since their pale skin match every color covered their body. Conversely, Jiang Shi is out of date in term of fashion. They always wear the same cloth whenever and wherever they go. Traditional Manchu robes and black hats of the Qing dynasty are never apart from their body. As explained before, Chinese corpses need hundred years to be vampire, in other words, the recent modern vampires in China are people who died in Qing dynasty era hundred years ago. We can imagine how bad their scent are, that they wore those same clothes for centuries.

Langkawi trip
Hiii!! This is my third times to Pulau Langkawi. First time I came to Langkawi, I was 15 years old; The second time I came to Langkawi, I was 18 years old; And the third time I came to Langkawi, I was 19 years old.
This times we went there by flight@ KLIA2. It took 45 mins to reach there. Besides, we stayed at the Cosy Apartment, which we bought it from the Agoda website, and it's very far from the Cenang Beach. Approximately 30 mins ride. So we managed to rent a car ( Innova, RM 160 per day, petrol excluded)
The first recommended place for me is Panorama Langkawi Cable Car. It also called Sky Cab, is apparently one of the major attractions for tourists in Langkawi. The whole journey covers a total distance of 2.2 km from the Base Stationto the Top Station. Once we reached the top station, visitors can witness the magnificent views of Langkawi.
The second recommended place for me is Island Hopping. The first Island that we stopped over was Pulau Dayang Bunting (Island of the Pregnant Maiden). Next, we were brought to Pulau Singa Besar where we witnessed flying eagles in the sky from our boat. Our final stop over was Pulau Beras Basah. Passengers were given a chance to swim and sunbathe in this island.
The third recommended place for me is Dataran Lang or Langkawi Eagle Square. There's nothing much we could do at this place other than taking some group photos at this place with the eagle statue.
The last recommended place for me is Langkawi Wildlife Park. It is considered quite clean and it offers animal feeding activities for visitors.
That's all for our Langkawi trip this time around. Langkawi's beaches are certainty must visit and off course their duty free shopping experience.

Korean show
Guys, have you watch the latest episode of Running Man? Well, I am. Running man is South Korean variety show. It was first aired on July 11, 2010. This show was classified as an "urban action variety". One of the most interesting variety show I had ever watched, though it is shown weekly, their plots changes every week making viewers wanting to watch more. Really salute the production team, it is very tough for them to come out with fresh ideas every week and also the filming part is tough too, with so many camera man around running after the actors in it. Thumbs up for RM!
The reasons to watch Running man:
1. It is funny
The reasons to watch Running man:
1. It is funny
The foremost reason Running Man is one of the top variety shows in the world is because the show is hilarious. Almost every single element in the show will get you in to fits of giggles and bellows of laughter.
2. Name tag ripping
Running Man is the first variety show to implement the name tag ripping game, and name tag ripping is a way of elimination. While it may seem quite simple at first watch, you’ll soon discover that name tag ripping has its own thrills, and your hand may even itch to try rip off someone else’s name tag as well.
3. World renowned guests
Jackie Chan, Big Bang, BoA, Patrice Evra, Park Ji-sung, SNSD (Girls Generation) and many more other global stars count among the celebrities who have competed with the Running Man members, throughout the course of its run. With so many big names appearing, Running Man also doubles as somewhat of a celebrity variety show.

4. Interesting games
Running Man has a lot of games, some of which are absolutely hilarious. Creatively thought out and carefully organized to fit the Running Man criterion of balancing humour and victory, these games form the crux of every episode. While the games are primarily played to decide a winner, the Running Manmembers keep it as funny as they possibly can.

EASY HALF-UP HAIRSTYLE TUTORIAL
I love to design hair style! Hairstyle is important to everyone.....image is the first things people will discover! So, let's have some hair styling to bright up your life=]
what you need:
A small hair elastic, comb
STEP-BY-STEP:
- Part your hair on the right and take a one inch section of hair above your part.
- Split that section in two and twist them together.
- Add in hair from your hairline to one section and twist that back over the other section.
- Keep adding in hair and twisting the two sections together until you reach the top of your ear. Then curve the twist around the back of your head.
- Combine the twist with a section of hair from the left at the back of your head.
STYLING TIPS
- I love an asymmetrical look to this style but you can adjust this to suit your taste.
- If you want more volume in your twist, add a little volume styling powder to your hair before you start.
- I’ve blowdried and curled my hair with a medium barrel curling wand to get these waves which I’ve loosely brushed out with my fingers

Apple Cinnamon Muffins
I made these apple cinnamon muffins with my cousin on last few months. We do it to cheer up after a few weeks of very hard work. My cousin found a recipe online and adapted it to fit my needs. We baked our muffins in cups rather than in a lined muffin tin, and only dipped the very top of the muffin in the lovely topping - they turned out very delicious and I'm happy that I stashed a few in the freezer for another day.
Apple Cinnamon Muffins
110 g butter, softened
200 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 ml milk
300 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 large apples, peeled and diced
1 tbsp flour
topping:
50 g butter, melted
100 g sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs carefully, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, and add this to the batter alternating with the milk. Finally toss together the apples with a tablespoon of flour, and add to the batter.
Fill muffin cups, fairly full - you want them to rise above the top of the cup as they bake.
Bake at 175° C for about 15 minutes - check with a toothpick to make sure they're not sticky inside.
Meanwhile, melt the butter for the topping and let it brown a little. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the warm muffins in the butter and then into the cinnamon sugar, and place on a rack to cool down. Lastly, It was done! Hope you all can enjoy it=]
The muffins we made on that day!
Here is a video that I pick from Youtube, It also clearly explain how to do apple cinnamon muffins.

Movie review for The Maze Runner
Last week, I had watched The Maze Runner at MBO, Viva Home. It was very good and It feels like refreshingly low-tech and properly story-driven, based on James Dashner's popular 2009 fantasy novel.
Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) finds himself thrust rudely into the world of the Glade: a community of boys who have figured out how to live while encircled by a giant, constantly changing maze, within which dwell giant, boy-eating monsters known only as Grievers. Many of the boys, including benevolent pioneer Alby (Aml Ameen) and champion of the old ways Gally (Will Poulter), are content with just surviving day to day. Thomas winds up unsettling the entire camp with his refusal to follow the rules and determination to ask questions: he wants to explore the Maze with designated runners like Minho (Ki Hong Lee), and figure out a way to get free. Life in the camp gets more complicated when, weeks before the next boy is due to be sent up to the Glade, a girl in the form of Theresa (Kaya Scodelario) arrives instead.
There's a lot of blockbuster potential to be squeezed out of this premise, and Ball does so quite wonderfully. The Maze encircling the Glade is a stonily grey, massive enclosure, and the Grievers - when the boys encounter them in increasingly close quarters - are odd marvels made as much of machine as flesh. Ball cuts scenes of great, heart-stopping tension together masterfully: whether it's Thomas running through walls that are fast closing in on him, or Thomas and Minho trying to outrun a Griever while burdened with an unconscious Alby.
At the end of this movie, It teaches us have to face the problem and try to manage it. Not only wait for chance or let the fate decide them. Hope you all can go watch this movie, it's quite good and suitable for everyone!
